We hope you will join us for the Mystery Dinner!  Please complete the reservation process below.  Tickets are priced at $40/person, with additional donation levels as listed above.  If you have any questions about the Mystery Dinner, please contact Vivian Liu-Somers, Alyce Kuklinski, and Sudha Maheshwari at mysterydinner@daypto.org.

Select your dinner reservation option and click "Buy Now" below to complete your purchase.  You will be asked to input a short dinner registration form after you submit your payment (names for nametags, any dietary restictions).

PAYMENT BY CHECK: If you would like to pay by check, please make it out to:  Day Middle School PTO and mail it to Day Middle School, Attn: PTO Treasurer, 21 Minot Place, Newtonville, MA  02460. Please include "Mystery Dinner" in the check memo line. 

 

Again, the options are:

"Fork" $40 per person

"Knife" $75 per person

"Spoon" $100 per person

"Silver Spoon" $150 per person

Once you have registered via PayPal (by making the payment and filling out the pop-up form that follows) or by paying by check, you are all set.  You will be emailed the first 'mystery address' just prior to the event.  We look forward to seeing you on January 20th!
